Victory for MSU

Whew...that was close. You Michigan fans know what I'm talking about. I know you were so close by putting the game into overtime with that last minute touchdown, but the Spartans clinched the victory. Aaahhh....its so good.

Saturday was the big game. The Spartan and Wolverine blow-ups in our front yard have been battling it out all week. The Spartan even suffered complete deflation at one point. But not to worry. After we woke Isla up from a sound sleep during our victorious touchdown in overtime by our uproarious cheering, we took her outside to experience the Spartan's dominance first hand. She showed her support by promptly spitting up on the Wolverine, that'll show em'.

A few of the Wolverines in the crowd

Vicky was conflicted about who to support,
so she wore colors in support of Taylor University.
Poppy enjoyed his birthday....
Watching sports and being with your babies,
what more could a guy ask for.

The football game wasn't the only big game this weekend. On Friday we bundled Isla up to go to her first Tiger game with Aunt Bonnie, Grandma and Grandpa. She was such a champ in the cold and even rode on the merry-go-round...twice. The Tigers suffered a brutal defeat, but it was totally worth the trip to the ball park (at least for the Bratwurst).
In case you can't see the scoreboard, we lost.
7-0

What a sports fan we have.
